Meet our small family, each one passionate about the power of trees, enchanted by olive oil and the embrace of the sun, and a young daughter who enjoys exploring the new path we're taking together.

Driven by the belief that olive oil is not only pure but above all an essential health product, we consciously chose to breathe new life into abandoned lands. In collaboration with local farmers, people from the region, and businesses, we built a solid nursery rooted in the rich traditions of the area.

Our mission is infused with the desire to share the pleasure and virtues of this pure oil with a broader audience. We aim to let people taste the abundant flavors that emanate from our carefully nurtured olive trees, while also making them more aware of the health benefits of olive oil. Every drop we cherish contributes to spreading the warmth of the sun and the abundance of nature. In our deep and lifelong love for nature and trees, you'll find the roots of our own olive oil. What sets us apart is our unique approach, based on years of tree expertise, a life passion of Wim's. This experience enables us to treat and preserve the trees we work with with the utmost care. The love for the tree in all its facets goes so far that nothing is wasted, not even during pruning. Every possible piece of wood is reclaimed and transformed into (tapas) boards or other beautiful woodwork.

This passion guides everything we do. It allows us not only to produce the highest quality olive oil but also to honor, cherish, and above all, preserve nature. With every drop of olive oil you taste, you not only taste the richness of the earth but also the joy of nature.

She is determined to share these experiences and create awareness about how olive oil is not just a flavor enhancer but also a key element for a healthier lifestyle. She also wants to pay more attention to the Mediterranean diet, of course for the delicious dishes but especially because of the proven health benefits it brings.
