Al noreste de España

Magnificent terroir

The Bajo Aragón region, where our olive groves are located, offers a picturesque and tranquil landscape. Vast olive groves dot the hills, where Empeltre olive trees thrive under the Mediterranean sun.

During a stroll among the olive trees, you experience serenity and a connection with nature. The scent of the earth blends with the aromas of olive trees and wild herbs around. In the authentic villages, you find the local community in a welcoming atmosphere.

Las olivas únicas

Unique olives

TierraLou manages two valleys where the olive groves are located, just a few kilometers apart. In Val de las Eras, the 'olivos centenarios' Empeltre trees grow, over hundreds of years old and still in full production. Despite their slow-growing root system, they can grow majestically large. Their dark green shiny leaves are characteristic. In Barranco de la Gota, the slightly lower-lying area, younger trees grow, which in terms of production absolutely do not lag behind the older generation of trees but are still youthful and in full growth.

Both domains reflect not only the legacy of generations but also offer confidence for the future. New trees are planted, and the land nurtures both the wisdom of the old and the freshness of the new.

Aceite de

oliva artesanal

From tree to oil

Every year, our olives are carefully harvested by shaking them from the tree using contemporary techniques. We use this method to minimize damage to the olives and to be able to produce extra virgin oil within 24 hours.

Harvesting and pressing our olives is an extremely delicate process that we carry out with the utmost care. Weather conditions, time, harvesting and pressing techniques, transport are crucial factors that can influence the taste of the oil at all times. Cooperation between all parties must therefore proceed smoothly, as this is the only way to make extra virgin olive oil possible.

Heritage of flavors

When you taste our olive oil, you not only taste a delicacy from nature but also an inheritance of centuries-old tradition and respect for the land. A drop of our oil is a journey through time and a celebration of the beautiful olive tree. Let your senses be pampered by the sublime taste of nature, cherished in every bottle.
